If the role of the publisher is to connect the world with stories, Endeavour Media exists to connect the stories of the past with the present. We’re just doing things a little differently.
We’re young, we’re creative and we’re dynamic, which means that we’re not afraid of disruption. We use technology to explore and innovate in the digital space, bringing timeless stories to new audiences. When technology advances, behaviour changes, and we have a responsibility to our authors and our readers to meet that change. A book is a book is a book, regardless of the medium.
Digital-first means that, when it comes to the publishing process, we combine the high-standards of traditional publishing with the power of digital influence: supporting our authors; meticulously editing every manuscript; carefully designing every cover; and marketing and promoting every book to its full potential across digital platforms. Being digital-first is not a stance against the paperback, which is why we have our growing print imprint Endeavour Quill. This marriage of two worlds is what we believe makes for successful publishing.

Endeavour Venture is our science fiction, fantasy, horror and YA imprint.
Endeavour Compass champions forgotten out-of-copyright titles, giving new life to old books.
Joint Endeavours is our new imprint where we offer our digital marketing expertise to independent publishers.
Endeavour Quill is our print imprint, working with traditional printers and high-street bookshops to bring our books to wider markets.
Endeavour Frontier is our western imprint, offering the best fiction from the Wild West.

Meet the team
Rebecca worked as a publishing consultant before co-founding an independent feminist publishing house in 2017. Following its success, Rebecca was brought into Endeavour Media as CEO in January 2019.
James graduated from the University of York with a BA (Hons) in English Literature, before studying for an MA in Creative Writing at the University of Oxford. He joined Endeavour Media in 2018, and was quickly promoted to publisher of the Venture imprint, as well as contracts manager. He took over as publishing director in August 2018.
Marketing and Publicity Manager
Rufus Cuthbert graduated from the University of Auckland in New Zealand with a BA in History and English Literature. After working for several museums and literary magazines, Rufus joined Endeavour Media in 2018 and is now our Marketing and Publicity Manager.
Alice graduated from the University of Warwick with a BA (Hons) in English Literature. Her previous experience in publishing spans sales, marketing & rights. Having worked for two independent publishers previously, she joined Endeavour Media in 2018 and looks after our print division, Endeavour Quill.
Designer and Production Controller
Imogen graduated from the University of Sussex with a BA (Hons) in Art History and History. Imogen worked as a Bookshop Manager for Waterstones in London and the South East, achieving a professional qualification in Bookselling from the University of Derby. Imogen joined Endeavour Media in 2018 and is responsible for book design and production.
Amy graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a BA (Hons) in Creative Writing. After working in marketing and content writing, she joined Endeavour Media in 2018 and manages Joint Endeavours, our digital publishing service.
Marketing and Publicity Coordinator
After graduating from the University of Reading with a BA (Hons) in English Literature, Hannah joined Endeavour Media in 2018 as a Marketing and Publicity Coordinator.
After a successful career in fashion and music, running four boutiques across London, Sophy joined Endeavour Media to run Endeavour Keys, our music imprint; she is responsible for curating and building the list.
Matthew Lynn is a journalist and author, and the founder of Endeavour Media. He writes columns for Daily Telegraph and Money Week, and is a regular contributor to The Spectator. Before that he worked as a columnist for Bloomberg and The Sunday Times. His books range from the award-winning ‘Bust: Greece, The Euro and the Sovereign Debt Crisis’, to the ‘Death Force’ series of adventure thrillers published by Headline.
